Dear BBB,
Since you have been in this field for so long, I wanted to know how you feel now when you meet the candidates coming for interview ?
I mean you must have seen all permutation and combination of candidates:
Good/ bad academically with good/bad personality with very presentable/not so much presentable with pleasent / arrogant attitude and later as they work in the hospital they may turn out to be different/ same.
Does the experience help you to know by talking to them in initial few minutes how a person may be actually, rather than how one may be presenting oneself...?
