Thanks for all your comments, I can understand how you must be overhelmed by calls, emails, IM messages and even pressure from your PD and other members of the interview selection panel. God bless younts for blessing us with your time.

Please, my visitors visa expires in January, if I match or get a prematch before January, do programs insist that candidates must be physically present in the USA to process the H1 or J1 visa, or can everything be done via FEDEX/DHL?

you dont have to be physically present in USA for getting H1 processed.
your lawyer can do it for u.
u will need to send required documents via courier.
