pt with clinical features of hyperthyroidism when investigated found to have increased T4 level and decreased RAIU of thyroid .What is the diagnosis ?

There is anotherone::

Pt. with
:arrow: Total serum T4 Increased
:arrow: RTU Decreased
:arrow: TSH normal
:arrow: I131 uptake normal

What could be the possibility ?

increased TBG( due to estrogens ) ..may be pt is on O.C. pills
