this just came to my mind and i really dont know wat the answer shd be

pls help me out

a person who was not previously diagnosed as aids has developed aids related dementia and is on his death bed
his living will clearly states that he wishes that his organs be donated after his death.
what would the physician do?
take out the organs for donation(patient's wishes are the first priority)
OR
leave them(this poses a risk to the community)

i just framed the ques
i dont know wat the rt answer shd be
pls reply asap
thanks

obviously you can't transplant his organs! moreover, he made that decision when he was not aware that he was HIV+.

also, what danger would it pose to the community if his organs were left in his body?

patient's wish is significantly posing risk to the other patient.......so there is no way the organ donation is allowed..
