obviously you can't transplant his organs! moreover, he made that decision when he was not aware that he was HIV+. also, what danger would it pose to the community if his organs were left in his body?

pls omit the part which says this poses a risk to the community i dont know wat i wa thinking wen i wrote that but thanx for the reply

patient's wish is significantly posing risk to the other patient.......so there is no way the organ donation is allowed..
