I am Egyptian. I live in USA. I passed step 2 scoring 96%. I had a course for USMLE. It helped me a lot. The course is 70 hours plus questions on USMLE format. If you have rapid internet, you can get this course online. If you need details you ccontact: wgnasralla@yahoo.com
