I am a medical graduate from India , i passed my final exams in 1998 August but got my MBBS degree certificate in 2003 as I finished my internship in 2003. I have question, it might seem dumb but please help....what is my graduation year 1998 or 2003???
One more question.... what do we write for ECFMG ID ???
please help. thanks in advance.

graduation date will be the date on the bottom left corner of the degree certificate (date of issue of the certificate). I think it will be 2003 as you have to complete the internship before you are awarded the MBBS degree. So this kind of saves you from being an old grad. However you will have to explain the gap from 1998-2003 in your ERAS application while applying for residency.
ECFMG ID is the ID you get when you first register with ECFMG for your USMLE tests and subsequent ECFMG certification
