Oh I know dear! I've never preached I know about cold weather because I don't know heck! That's exactly my point! I am from sunny california dear! That's why! and I only said that even hospitals are very cold that's all! I didn't said that HOUSTON was cold because on contraire!!! as you already know... I said that HOSPITALS in TMC are very cold!! They overcooled them!! so I had to take a jacket to the hospital on summer, that' all I said...And you bet I'm going to freeze when I go to Iv's in cold places that's why I said I'm taking my coat everywhere!

Totally agree with you sarika! If it wasn't that my only symptom of hypothyroidism is being cold all the time I would think that I am hypothyroid!!! I'm not though... I'm only extremely sensitive to cold, my mom says its because I was born in warm weather grin ...who knows!!

A good outerwear should be enough when going for interviews in cold places....if you feel very skeptical, you may wear thermals also...with your suit, shirt, tension and everything you will feel very warm inside the hospital....But watch out for snow predictions, then you might need to take extra precautions....like gloves, mufflers etc..otherwise a good winter coat is more than enough..all the places will have facility to keep your coat safely when you are interviewing..you don't have to carry it around...last year one of my friends went for the interviews at a hospital near his house in December without any winter jacket..just the suit to protect him...but of course, he stepped into his car from his garage, walked out into the closed garage of the hospital, directly into the hospital lobby..he was never exposed to the outside weather...but he says your suit itself will keep you warm....

Houston air conditioning is cold. It's so cold when you walk outside, you forget that it's actually not winter outside. It's very silly!!
