can anyone tell when prematches are offered, are they offered only in october? or are they offered even in last week of november and december. If you get an interview from a prog which is known to offer prematches then do you think it is better to attend less prepared in october or well prepared in november?
as many are, i am thinkin prematch is safer, so really want this information, please help
