I wonder if I can still apply for california letter at this point of time for match 2008. Is it too late?

But for PTAL it is too late

Little late for match and as robin says deffinitelly late for PTAL (saying impossible to get in time for this season sounds rough but it is), if you are too interested in Cali apply but wait for next year... if you are open for other states spend your 1000 bucks in applying (you can spend less and buy yourself something nice!) and forget about cali... hey! there are plenty of great fish out there!!

late, but if your application is complete go ahead....people that applied last year with good credentials got interviews applying in november.... check for deadlines though...
