i think it'a too early to be offered a pre match right now.....mostly programs start doing that in jan.

I think you are very well right MDin...I may be wrong on this
Last year, 2 of my friends were interviewing and they got prematch offers in October and November both and according to them programs who have good no. of seats and offer prematch, start offering prematch very early in the interviews itself. So I am going by their advise.
I am hoping everyone who has started interviewing and believe me there are many who have, even at hospitals which offer prematch.
So if anyone might want to share the experience....
