There isn't a simple answer to your question. All depends on how long ago you have studied this subjects and what books are you using for preparation. If this is your first reading you will need to study a lot of hours per day to keep up.The first reading takes more, I had to refer to more then one book sometimes
I think that Immuno can be done in 10 days, for neuro you need more than 10 days. Also I think that patho and pharma should also be read along with the other subjects when you can make correlations.

For BehSci I would use kaplan notes. I didn't get to the BehSci yet, but from what I've red and what my friend told me this should be enough.
I started my study with Boichem and should have continuated with Genetics,Mol Bio, Immuno, Micro and do the rest by systems It's easier to understand and not boring.
I got bored with Biochem and started physio when I realized that I don't like to read this way and is more interesting to study by systems, so I have started with system study. While I was going on I figured out I need to read
Genetics,Mol Bio, Immuno, Micro as a prerequisite for system oriented study.I've graduated a year ago and don't have this info fresh in my head.
I lost valuable time not knowing what study form is better for me so I hope my experience will help.
Did you graduated from medical school or are you still a student?

good luck with you study
