Don't know if this appropriate for this forum at all, but My degree is in Molec. Cell and Developmental Biology and my career is beginning in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. I am a scientist, but I am also a frazzled patient in real need of a doctor i guess of IM (Internal Medicine?) Just moved across the country and my young professional friends don't exactly have the gossipy networks mothers have. Even then though, older docs are that, and science has changed so much. What are your recommendations for HOW to find someone who can square with me on the science, get to the bottom of my crazy-weird case, and not mind that I have some informational legitimacy/power too? Insurance website gets you no where, I could do sponsored websites or google trying to find someone, makes me feel like a stalker and like one of those people who is their own doctor by virtue of the hypochondria that is the internet. ggaaaa. Any ideas appreciated.

I m sorry if u r looking for Medical Advice in regards to anything no one here will be able to help u cos most of us r in the process of becoming Registered US Doctors (residents). So this is the last place u need to seek medical advice.
