congrats
i have a qs :my exam is one month later and i am doing uw qs but i scores around 45-50%  do you think i can pass ?
what was your score in uw?

UW scores shud be more than 60% at least! so that u can be sure that u will pass and may score good!
dont know exactly whats ur priority, to pass or score, but few of my friends who scored 50-55% in UW flunked in main exam.
this is not to scare u but just to inform you that u need to put in more.
again we don't give the exam , we take it and USMLE board gives it

i agree.....initially i use to get around 60 percent correct in UW.
my fren told me to work hard so as to hav atleast 65.
i left UW.......and went for a quick revision......in around 15 days i was having a minimum of 72 percent correct.....and on an avg...74.
but one more thing i understood was that.....UW is not for ur assesment...its NBME...
in short i wud say that UW correctly tells u the possible pattern of QUESTIONS....and also the variability.....with addition information regarding important topics.
NBME actually lets u know how much u are done with ur prep. the patten of PAPER is exactly the same.
i dont say...this is the way to sucess.....but see if it comes to any use.
i advice u not to study anything extra...if ur exam is near...just brush up and revise again and again.....atleast 5 to 6 times before the exam......give nbme....see where u stand...
before that.....no need to copy down or take snapshots of UW questions......dont keep more than 1 book for any subject....
suppose u take kaplan as standard....atlest revise it 3 times....and just write down the extra points or notes into this book from the UW..
and again revise...
i feel u can do much better than that....
just keep up urself with confidence...
and study study and study...
