To perform an abortion in a minor, who should consent for the procedure, patient or guardian.
Also, a friend of mine took the test in which a situation was described where 15 yr old pregnant female with ? mental retardation is not ready for abortion, but parents insist.? Whose consent is required.

I don't think you'll get a question on abortion in a competent minor. It still varies by state, no national law yet.
for the pregnant M.R. teen, the parents get to choose her medical care options.
