hi guys i know that the post match occurs in midmarch , so no cs result will be available yet so how can one participate in post match with his exam in early jan , and the results begin to come on by late march

you must apply to NRMP to have the right to participate in the scramble, and must be certified by ECFMG also.

I think no
Match and scramble both need ECFMG certificate.
The only chance is post match (outside the match) if you have some connections.
