what is the mechanism of nuclear destruction during the cycle cell and when it appears?

Does it appear in the anaphase?
I forgot when it dissappears.Is it during the G2 phase??

The nuclear envelope breaks up during prometaphase and reassembles in telophase. As for the mechanism, it has something to do with depolymerization of the nuclear lamina by phosphorylation of lamins by Cdks.
