Thank you hir. I WILL share my experience.
Tomorrow is my D day. I am not satisfied with my prep. Could not do many things I planned. 
Took nbme 1 this morning and got another 680 but I don't believe this score.
I felt the questions were tough, I guessed alot.
It's frustrating that I cannot know which was right and which was wrong.
I'm leaving now to a hotel next to the test center.
Will do some last-minute cramming there, though my plan was to relax. 
Good luck to myself. I'll do my best.
