hi there.
just some questins about the actual exam itself, may be very DUH to some, but not me:$
-is the test really like the same format as UW
-is it only, being able to mark, skip, answer a question, but not change an answer?
-how long is the break , how many breaks, how does the break work?!
-will it be similar tpics to goljan and first aid, or totally new things
-roughly how many pics,audio in the exam
-can you go to the bathroom
-how do you take a break?

format exactly similar to the USMLE practice CD we get after applying.
you can answer, mark, skip and change answers
total 45 minutes break. can divide it as you wish between completed blocks. you cannot take a break while you are still in a block
I felt that topics are similar but they ask in may different ways. bottom line is know the concept.
I took test in Jan 07...no audio then
yes you can use the rest room during breaks
After you finish every block the computer will give you choice as to continue to next block OR take a break. You can choose to take a break and when you you come back enter your ID again and you go to the next block
My suggestion (helped my anxiety a lot): Take a prometric practice test at the same center you are testing. You get to know every detail about the test and also the center.
