colonoscopy...u looked at the entire colon this time..why would u only look at the rectosigmoid the next time??? ___________________ Old McDonald had an ERAS inbox..with a reject here and a reject there..here a reject, there a reject,everywhere a reject, reject.

this makes sense to - answer #1-even if 70% of the cancers are in the rectosigmoid..
