Pallindrome r sequences in the DNA where the Restruction endo nucleases act Found easily Eg. A-T-C-C-T-A sUPPOSE THIS IS ONE OF THE STRAND then if u note the Right Symmetrical is equal to the Left This is a Pallindrome. If u cut this Pallndroe it will produce sticky ends

Well As far as i know, Paillindromes are symmetrical sequenes on Left and Right sides on BOTH STRANDS Some restriction Enzymes cut this Symmetrically and some cut it Assymetrically. The assymetrical ends in this Pallindrome is the Sticky end. This Sticky end is used in BETTER COMINATION with a Vector DNA and thus forms a Recombinant DNA

A-T-T-G-G-C T-A-A-C-C-G This is a pallindrome.containing symmetry A-T T-G-G-C T-A-A-C and C-G is ASSYMETRICAL and is used in DNA recombinant DNA
