an AIDS patient , CD4:600 his last td vaccine was 12 years ago , what is the most important vaccine to him:
td or mmrconfusedconfused

MMR if he is not already immunized for it..or i wopuld check antibody titer first..to see if he already had a shot/disease

you mean no live vaccine for immunocomprimised with low cd, otherwise live vaccine = A-OK nod

oops yes! I just read AIDS!

MMR ok in mild immunocompromised states. (even asymptomatic HIV / with mild symptoms)
