i liked it, but i didn't like FA. It worked for me.
Can't give any advice about you buying it.

kaplan medess is a good summary of kaplan books. however, do you really have time to do those, plus kme. isnt that a little time consuming?
i recommend sticking to one set of kaplan things, either kaplan subject books all 8 of em, or else kme. either is good enough. but if you do one after another, you are sort of just reading the same material over and over, and it might be better for you to spend that time reading first aid, and seeing it in a different light and aspect.
if that makes sense?
i attempted to make my kme book my FA . buti stopped very soon into it, as it was very time consuming, and at the end i had just read 8 kaplan subject books, spent a week putting my fa notes into my KME, n now i had a 600 page kme to read. rather then the 300 page FA i had.
so i chose FA over kme, and ditched the kme. for me its all psychological. what looks easier to handle?!
plus i felt that kme was not well written . it was direct copy and paste from the kaplan books in most parts, and some parts just had omitted the info. it wasnt creatively put, with summaries or pictures to avoid all that reading that kaplan books had. it was just a smaller font, no chapter questions, to lessen the page load.
anyways i sort of am bitter as you can tell about kme lol. ofcourse this is just one opinion of millions. do what works for u.
do not buy it. the link is the same i was abotu to give u. its better to get something free, n spend that money on more qbanks or questions. i would say.
keep this in mind, try and look on this site for sources before you buy. that sounds sort of cheap, i just mean the money can be spent buying more time for UW or kaplan qbank in my opinion.
