Is it good idea to apply now for Psy. bcoz its mid of Oct. if any body can give me a honest advice .
79/85/pass/GC/ observership and volu.

go for it
with a green card , it will be a cake walk

Yes it may be late but its still worth a chance. ...infact some places wait for the deans letter before they start reviewing applications.

isnt it true that all Deans letters are viewable by the programs only after Nov 1st?
