VILL MP TT, (Tryptophan, Threonine for TT) Dont confuse with Tyrosine, it is not essential as it derived from Phenyl alanine. Arginine and Histidine are occasional essential amino acids.

Valine, Isoluesine, Luecine, Lycine. Methionine, Phenyl alanine.

Essential fatty acids ?
