Do u cancel iv by email, phone, or simply withdraw from the program?

well being serious, i'm about to cancel my first, and i'm feeling kinda bad about doing it. i'm going to email them, and tell them how wonderful they are too (just like when a program rejects me, you still like them when they're nice about it).

I would just tray to send an email as c5a suggests, but trying to cancel it at least a week before my scheduled date, and withdraw from the program.

Email now - or as soon as you know that you aren't going. Just a simple "Sorry, but I am unable to make it" is all you need to say. As a PC, it doesn't matter to me why.
