From the time you apply till the time you hear back from a program?
Do all programs send out either iv offers or rejections, or do some programs not bother replying if they are not interested. -just curious as to what everyone's experiences are so far.

It is very variable.... plus if you apply now it would be different to you because right now a lot of programs are sending Iv's and rejections and reviewing applications the very day they get them so my experience would be deffinitely different then yours if you apply now.... you can hear from them the next day that has happened to me or you can never hear from them at all...some programs do send rejections some just give you silence.... it is very different but you can watch the rejection thread so that you have an idea of which programs tend to send rejections but even in those cases you may never hear from them also....so as I told you we can not get to a certain timing agreement because if I applied in sept 1 I can tell you that for some programs it took about 10 days to send IV and others might send IV later and that means I waited for 2 months or more so you never know....

I guess depends of the PC- some programs send a rejection email, some don't bother to send to you anything. I just read about some programs to which I applied they sent some rejection/invitation emails. But it is nothing in my inbox....
