I dont know if this is true or false, but i've heard people saying that they have gotten easier / harder step 1 tests? Are there different levels of difficulty for each test? does it depend on luck weather u get an easier test? or this is just a rumor?
Can anyon add to that?

easier or harder are relative terms. depends how prepared that person was for the test.
but i'll say this much, you're not the only one with this theory.
i think luck does play a role to a certain extent.

Hi! I know that there are tests with different difficulties... You can read about it in fa... But you will be scored depending on this...

yes I agree with KEY... or else how is 225/91 & 220/94
so I guess scores depends on the difficulty level of your test..
