Just took my exam in Philadelphia this week. Nothing unexpected whatsoever, all cases right from FA just a bit modified here and there. I was able to close all the cases and do all PEs. It is funny though, there was a case with a patient with severe headache 10/10 who was lying on the exam table acting to show photosensitivity. In real life one would immediately jump to PE after 3-4 questions. However, I followed all the routine, including ob/gyn and even sexual hx. It is rediculous, however I just wanted to make sure that all sections are completed and as far as PE all the exams including gait and romberg test. I dont know if it is going to be counted against me having a patient with severe headache 10/10 to take a few steps checking on the gait and balance. One would never do it in real life. If anyone has any thoughts please post you opinion.
