move alone,
can you please tell me this regarding step123,i see that it doesnt score u on things that u did 1 step ahead or after -according to its blueprint. From ur exam experience,do u feel its that rigid?for eg in c/o emergency if u do CXR as an immediate step and not after P/E?
thanks.

I did not use usmle123, just practice 1 free CCS case in their website, the software in not in the USMLE format so I did not buy it.

friends,i have some queries regarding CCS,

1.after 5 mts waring,if the pt is an emergency one or in ICU ,should we go on with redular advice package of seat belt(sounds so stupid)
2.if someone noticed DVT prophylaxix in UW is not consistent in all pts, even high risk pts given Pneumatic compression,am i paying too much attention to minor details?
3.Should sequencing be in accordance with UW everytime, can i order a bunch or relevent investigation(a lot of times i differ from UW-which my logic is unable to explain)
thanks in advance
