Lots of people are looking for a H1 visa or even Js, with intentions of practice in the US. What to say to programs directors about your reasons for that?

Program Directos are not immigration officials. They are really not concerned about WHY you want an H1B or j1.....They know  .....you would be an idiot to go through this hell of matching as an IMG and then explaining to them that what you really feel like is going back to your country to "help its poor and dying".....NO PD will waste a position on a person who does not wanna stay in the US and practice....so dont worry NO ONE will ask you that question.....

What are you saying seems to be true in the 1st IV I got, but I still believe that it is a legitimate question and have heard other IVers about it. But again is the field who has the correct answer. Thank you for the comment
