If you give 2 units or PRBCs for a Hemoglobin less then 8mg/dl Id think thats enough to warrant surgery-(Billroth 2 operation)? [Im not a surgeon but thats no excuse]

It can divert to medical mangement or surgical management.Medical management if the patient is stable and not bleeding nymore and the HB is stable after 4 hours.If the HB keeeps dropping go for surgical management
