postpone exam .. go back and do UW, and this time cover up the answers. You should be able to give the answer, without having to read them. Then you know, that you know your shit.

g'luck

If you want to know where you stand, do one of the NBME's online. Preferably form 2 or 3. UW cannot be used to determine your readiness for the exam. I like UW, and I recommend it for everyone but many of their questions are a waste of time. Do the NBME online and then you can make your decision.

Good luck.

I agree with others, to postpone it. Try NBME . You will know where are you stand.

I am in the same boat as you. But my UW scores are improving (my first NBME score was not what I expected).
Here's my advice:

POSTPONE ur EXAM No second thoughts.

a) Make notes from UW. Read key UW concepts again and again to a point that when you see a question's first line your mind almost starts to come up with possible directions in which the question is heading.
b) Mark questions in UW that are difficult and do a block of questions with just the marked questions. Since you marked the questions during revisions you should score 90+ in this block. Not only will it boost your confidence it will also help in memorizing those key concepts.
c) Do NBME in self pace mode. First answer each block in 60 min and then save or write each NBME question down and then go over those questions to understand the areas where Kaplan notes are deficient and read up with a book like FA/Boards and Wards / Step Up.

Good Luck
