Hi, first of appreciate the time and effort you spend on the forum.
Quick question, do you see an applicant's photo before an interview is offered ?

As of this year, yes. It's no big deal. When we had paper applications, we saw pictures all the time.

what? i thought the picture can only be viewed after an applicant has been offered an interview 
is that why m not getting any interviews? i didn't make a good choice while sending in my picture

first aid for the match said don't post your picture if you have a close resemblance to darth vadar. i actually DO!! i am bald. i thought it would hurt me, but i have 11 IVs so far, so i guess not. maybe these PDs are star wars fans.
