try to practice a short presentation following an H&P (hystory an physical) .....e.g: "This was a 44 y/o male patient with a h/o bla bla bla....who presented with ... (symptoms) .... he had a PMH of... and FH... on Physical exam.... labs revealed ...bla bla bla .....so I recall that .bla bla bla and I think it's important to ....bla bla (something you learned about it) some case where you learned something that you considered important.....
just an idea.
