diagnosis = excisional biopsy showing atypical melanocytes, and possible invasion into dermis.
Tx= surgical excision(0.5 cm margin if in situ, 1 cm margin if <2 mm thick, and 2 cm margin if >2 mm thick) with possible lymph node diessection
chemo and radiation if metastatic.
