What drugs can be used in Diabetics with renal failure??

I know that you cannot give ACE inhibitors if the px already has renal failure ( it s for preventive purpose )

i guess u mean to treat DM.....
as i remember most sulfonylureas should be avoided except telbutamide and glimperide......refer to current medical dx and tx to cnfirm the name of the safe drugs.
