Hi all, I have a very important question to ask. I havent started applied any hospitals yet, I know I am very late. Now I got everything in hands, ecfmg certified, but only 1 lor. I am waiting for another 2 american lor which will be written in 2 weeks. My question is, should i go ahead and apply now or should i wait for the other 2 lors , so i will have 3 lors to apply. but that will be way too late...plz give me some wise suggestions ( i am worried sick!!!

yes apply... to date i only have 2 LORS uploaded... the last one is still not uploaded to ERAS...
i applied with only one LOR uploaded... some programs that require 3 LORS contacted me for an interview anyway... i am sure the lack of 3 LORS are holding me back from a few programs but overall I think it was worth putting in my application...

You should apply. LORs are important but wont keep your application from being evaluated. By the time you will be there for an interview, you shall have all your LORs uploaded.
