i got an invite from Union Memorial, Maryland via regular mail a few days ago. The letter mentions phoning the PC to schedule dates but since I am not in US currently I emailed her for the same. I havent yet received a reply. Funny thing is the email address of Union Memorial is quite similar to Harbor Hospital, Maryland email address(@medstar.net) and even Harbor has not responded at all to my emailS or phone call requesting a convenient date (more than two weeks now). Now what do i make of these Maryland programs?!!

send a letter, and ask them to email you the response instead of a written one

I say get a calling card and call her up. If they specified that you should call, I'm sure they have a reason why.

drk1980, I understand your furstration. But beleive me, call them anyhow. That is your best bet. In USA, always follow their desired way of communication. The reason all these hospitals have similar email address is Medstar is a big company that owns them. For example, georgetown, george washington university hospitals are owned by this company. So call them on the phone number. At least leave a messege giving your full name, ERAS number and reason for contact. they may even call you back if you leave call back number good luck. Use SKYPE if you have internet connection to vake voice over ip calls. And you should be all set.
