Dude you are not alone I failed that stupid exam twice both in ICE first in data gathering and now in patient notes. I have spend fortunes to get through this exam, I took it in Houston on Sept 7th and I got my results on OCT 10th. I am very frustrated with the whole thing, I have to pay $1200 FOR THE 3RD TIME AND GET A FREAKING WINDOW by December 31st TO MATCH FOR 2008. I HAVE APPLIED TO MANY PLACES BUT THIS EXAM IS KILLING ME.....CAN ANYONE HELP........ I am thinking of requesting a re-check because this time I just A BORDERLINE fail hoping there is a computational error. Could anyone tell me if you know whether it made a difference going from fail to pass or I am just wasting my money...............and what are my chances of getting a interview without CS scores........

I am in the same boat. failed twice. I filled the appeal form and will see what happens. Don;t think it will change my results but anyway, wasted so much more, so 55 $ more matter nothing.

it takes up to 6 weeks for the appeal. Hopefully, will get something sooner. I don;t expect it will change my result, but maybe it will shake somebodies brain after they see that one time I passed on english part with high performance and the second time fail with low performance, looks inconsistent.
