Hi all, I have a Lor question to ask. My supervisor doesnt mind to write me a LOR before I finish it. As everybody knows, it takes time for ECFMG to update it during this busy seasons,so that makes me would like to send it out as soon as possible. But since I havent finished my observership yet, I wonder it is a wise way to do it? any advice will be appreciated

I understand that its whats written in it that counts.......not the fact that you have spent a lot of time with your LOR writer. What I mean is that he should write strongly about you.................It does make a difference that he says he knew you for ages........but taking the whole picture in perpective................DO IT
