I need help regarding a doubt about CS exam.Suppose my name is ABC.R.XYZ.But since abbreviations r not allowed in passprt, R which is my father's name is expanded as it is.I know that they use our passport as the identification sort of thing.The name given for ECFMG use is ABC.R.XYZ as is in my all certificates.Ive heard that if any difference even in a letter in the name, they wont let us sit for the exam.Can anyone tell me what to do?

i dont know if it is a good idea writing ur full name on an open forum like this, its better u use an alais,people would still get the message.You can still edit ur post.
I dont think it will b an issue.You can look at ur scheduling permit to see what it says

i agree with kykie. don't used your full name in public forums like this.
i suggest that you edit your message and use alias names.
i don't see a problem either, but you can call ecfmg to find out if that would be a problem.

get a certificate
which should be notorised
and say
abc.r.xyz is same as fullname.r.lastname
and better get it done in u.s.a
and it will solve the purpose
