Inside SLR, fellowship largely goes to AMG. Outside the hospital, u do have chance for less-competitive fellowship.
If u still have qs, PM me. Dont waste others' time here.
U must have very good credentials.
There r a lot of resources out there, google it.

Hmmm. SO what fellowships are considered real tough post IM for us here? Cardio and gastro are tough i guess. What abt others?
