X-Linked Brutons Agammaglobulinemia
-Decreased ALL Ig (because it's a B-Cell Defect and B cells make Ig)

IgA Deficiency
-need I say what is deficient? :P

IgG Subclass Deficiency
-LOW IgG2
-Note: most people with IgG Subclass def. also have IgA def.

DiGeorge Syndrome -(A T-cell defect)
-Normal Ig
-but sometimes IgA decreased, IgE increased (DEE gEorge -E EENcreased)

Wiscott-Aldrich:
IgA and IgE increased
Ig M decreased
IgG normal

Ataxia-Telangiectasia (B AND T Cell defect)
IgA deficiency
IgE and IgM also low
(CD4 and CD 3 cells reduced)

Please confirm or correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks.

I hate these Immunodeficiencies

  #3

I'm adding a few more:

Hyper IgM Syndrome:
HIGH IgM, Deficiency of IgG and IgA

Common Variable Immunodeficiency:
All Ig decreased (but NORMAL B cells, unlike Brutons which has decreased/low B cells)

Selective subclass IgG deficiency:
seen in patients with recurrent infections despite NORMAL IgG levels

Transient Hypogammaglobulinemia:
Decreased IgG, Normal IgA, Variable IgM

Job's Syndrome or Hyper IgE Syndrome:
Increased IgE, -(eosinophilia, coarse facial features)
