I marked F, no fever, no chills, dimished fremitus I think it is a neoplastic pleural effusion.

interstitial infiltrate doesnt give any of the above signs...first of all
there should be FEVER for infiltrate...there is no HISTORY of that...
infilteration is ACUTE so it has to have FEVER ...

classical D/D point decreased vocal and tectile fermitus in pleural and increased in consolidation

Smoky ........... I think u have gotten confused in the sections. I have posted Each section separately so that there isnt any confusion whtsoever. The Choice D for Q 42 of Section 1 not Section 2. I have meticulously compiled the answers but there cud be mistakes and if there r do let me know guys cos its human to err.

Anyhoo the answer is F Plueral Effusion.
