Ok, here I go, at first it seems that EBV is the answer, but SV 40 is also related to Hodgkin and other cancers, both are DNA viruses, anyone knows the real answer. I've managed to find that Epstein Barr causes 3 types of latent infection one where all genes are incorporated into the genome and other 2 types where only some genes are incorporated. On the other hand SV 40 always incorporates fragments of its genome... Well I think that SV 40 is the correct. What do you think?

Please answer if you know, don't speculate.

Thanks

JL

In this article of NEJM we have this chart

Thorley-Lawson and Gross 350 (13): 1328, Table 2 March 25, 2004
