Whats initial test: Abdominal Ultrasound??

Whats best test:Abdominal CT???

Yes U are right
best step should be aortogram but b/c it's invasive, CT is done

no... the best test is CT.

aortogram will give false size for the aneurysm b/c the lumen of the AAA is narrowed by the thrmbus.
