Hey my cat(gogeta) lately has started to put his tongue out, only the tip of the tongue like of he had cretinism?
Why?
I know you guys are no vet. but may have a cat or know a vet.
Also he likes to ake me up everyday EVERYDAY at 5am liking my head and liking my face, why?

make sure it has enough water. Chek the gums to see if they are moist.
It might be sick too. take a thermometer and check rectal temps (don't forget the lube)
Or maybe the cat is just giving you a hint that it's looking for more out of your relationship.
cats are just weird.

The stupid cat, put his paw in the water, and then try to take the water out of the little thing I have from him to drink , he makes a mess. The thing is made for ct to drink or a little4 thing to put water he can drink with no problem.
No he has wet gums, I check hes teeth everyday.
I just show him to say HAAAAAAAAA, and he open hs mouth and start saying something like aaaaaaa, NO IS NOT A JOKE IS TRUE.
Ok who else want to help this poor cat owner

Sorry, i m not a cat owner..
on a serious note.. i know dogs don't have sweat glands n stick ot tongues to lose heat.. not sure but maybe thats true fr cats too.
