if not dx next secretin stimulatin test.
*5-HIAA in urine=carcinoid tumur
the most common lacation for carcinoid tumor= appendix
but if present with systemic sing (flushing, diarrhea, wheezing) usually has these tumor in the small bowell.

-----rotor syndrome=both unconj and conjj bilirrubine are elevated, no need tx.
------crigrle-najjar syndrome=tipo 1has neurology symptom and bilirrubine unconjugated = >25
type2 no neurology symptom and bilirr.<25
