hayee shoreh,sorry sweetie for responding late ,
yesterday i ws cleaning my trash and laundry loads and loads,
u r offcourse always in my thoughts and prayers,yeah cleopetra and shoreh,i trust ur abilities and u b hero at battlefield, ,
hay dont forget i keep on saying again and again,dont lose trust buddy,trust urself,U CAN DO IT,u aint forgetting anything ,i dont want this anymore,ofcourse u know way alot,even if u have read something way before its in ur subconcious ,and it happened to me ,just a single line i read somewhere popped up in exam and i was able to solve it,in usmle there are clues enough,if u have read ur books carefully u can chain the links and here u go,
1 more thing there ar tough questions ,dont underestimate usmle but again dont underestimate urself,em still not sure wat i did in exam,but wat i know that i tried my best,and i don want u repeat my mistake that i didnt trust my subconcious and instincts and got few questions wrong ,i still regret and praying ever thing may turn better

all the best to you cleopatra be calm have a good sleep .remember you have to be alert in all 50 questions in the block,even if you have more minutes left dont be distructed keep the speed in which you have started so that you can have enough time for longer questions

Hi Shohreh, i know how u r feeling..even me feeling the same..bt i guess u shud cover FA first and those portions that u want to review....coz doing qs takes time..though if u just review the expln its diferent. anyways....try to review as much as possible.

drruman n fanaye...i have a qs plzz...just now i did neuro...n did uw qs....could u plz tell ..how was the level of difficulty of qs in neuro...it is ok if it is like uw...NA is my weak area...i just don't feel confident...and also could u plz tell whether the slides in webpath in NA enough...

Simi neuro kno very well the mejor things in brachial plex.like sensory and motor loss of the mejor nerves,likeradial,ulnar etc
Ct scan of the brain related to cerebral blood cerculation the mejor ones like anterior post cerebral arteries ,abdomen cross sections mejor ones.
SIMI in general in each system dont leave without knowing the mejor things and majority are asked in a clinical Senario
have good study time all be focused

hye all,yeah clepetra have enough words and nice caring opinions ,now just time to realx,offcourse these 24 hr important,best luck gal,Inshallah everythinh be very fine and nice,simi and shoreh yeah,its ok do questions but do ur first aid first and revision,its more imp and would cover more than just mere questions,this time just do things and revise which u r familiar with
hmm yeah simi ,its very important to do all important stuff,weel to high light upper lower limb neve supply,cns blood supply also gte alot familiar with id of blood vessels on MRI,hmm spinal cord sections,neuro is important ,but do UW toughest questions at end,imp topics are nerve paralysis blood vessels disorder,imp cns malignancy,hydrocephalus,non communicating and commmunicating,syndromes realted to cns disorder,shizo ,hemibaliis,parkinson,dont forget antipsychotics and side efects by them,anesthesia drugs,difference between high and slow induction,ms relaxant,hmm these all high yield
