ops sorry,u know thankgiving STUFFED TURKEY AND ,MASHED POTATO AND GRAVY ,CRANBARRY SAUCE  ,well i didnt forget ya friends u r wid me all da time.
yeah though em not happy with my performance ,seemed familiar questions but i just messed wid some of them,but trust me u can do it if u keep ur nerves calm and confident,i didnt trust my 1st instinct,tried to dig too deep and got run out of time,so BIG ADVICE go 4 ur 1st instinct and trust ur understanding about questions
one thing i want to add UW is really best its a must,but sometime i make u think in more complicated way than asked in real exams,so UW is informative and learning too but questions in USMLE more like nbme pattern,they dont want u to dig too deep to get to point and answers ,u know u know if u dont u dont,so yeah questions are quite obvious one ,not tossed and ziggy zaggy like in UW ,though u make use of UW while answering
like in path there are slides ,they r obvious and clear to identify and realted question straight forward,same thing with drugs side effect and mechanism of actions,dont dont dare to forget graphs of pharma,again pretty sraight forward just know the agonist and antagonist and receptore on which sympath and parasym act and u done,FIRST aid page in pharm where given about cholinimimetic,neph and epi,morethan enough to deal those questions just famiiar pattern of graph with comp and non competitive,dont forget antineoplastic and antiviral and hmmmm pathphysiology again straight questions ,i was heavily tested on git and resp,but again depend person to person,i was disappointed not to se much genetics and biochem,lot sof patient physician relation,and diffenrt behaviour disorder.
hmm micro my friend yeah first aid enough enough enough and more than enough ,same all time favourite question that u see aguin and again in all question banks,dont dont plzzzzzzzzz 4get to see goljan slides ,don need anyother source,i didnt do so i screwed up with slides,they were soooo easy i regret now,yeah offcourse there are qustion which blow ur mind,and only a lab tachnician or pathology phd dude can reply ,or unle'ss u infuse another brain in ur head,they just tell u to stay back from thinking,just say "ini mini mo" and mark ur favourite english alphabet,i tried to take challenge and screwed other easy question due to running out of time,i have kind of short amnesic attack ,i can recall much i wat i was tetsed,i wil keep on posting as i wil come out of post traumatic stress disorder BEST LUCK all

well UW is harder,it makes u learn and think more and ,strenghthen concepts,but u know wat u can compare usmle with NBME from complexity point of u ,but there are must must questions in usmle that are really really very tough,and they got reason to give such question coz otherwise we r intellectual enuf to get 100%

Hey shohreh dont worry i have almost the same score as you its just the last few days that my score is improving to mostly late 60's for a long time i was geting 50's and i doubt if i can improve more than this coz at this moment all thats going in my head seems to be whats already there and i am fed up just go back to the qs you are getting wrong and read there explanations very well
just try to stay positive it too late to be worreid now just get ready to battle
good luck relax and study that what every1 who gave the exam is saying so it must be true

Shohreh the fact you are tense because your exam is getting nearer makes your performance low ,that happend to me in some blocks at the final days may be i was tired and tense,The truth lies having a firm and a solid knoladge on those you answer correctly, and try to do those you miss again and again i am shure you will be able to do that.
Cleopatra how are your studies going so far when is your exam,post exam feeling is a little bit making me tired think about those funny questions and long time until we know the result

yeah i got few histology questions and they were mostly realted to syestemic ,i mean like where are imp glands of git,in which layer,specially small intestines glands and cell,again ,not that detail as in kaplan,but u need to know every important thing ,as i was aked lots questions about GIT physiology and histology,hormnal controls,i did medessential and first aid ,so it almost covered that,well em sure FIRst aid enough,there are physiology questions really tough i could not get them done and understand either,well its exam buddy,some easy some tough,some toughest
